seaside house

Its only fitting with the sound of waves in the distance to post a seaside house today. This house by A2 Architects in Ireland, is framed by sets of parallel walls, focusing views towards the sea and allowing for the best quality of light. Set on a concrete podium above the beach and clad in untreated douglas fir timber, its understated form keeps this design in line with the scale of the surrounding context.
